White Horse Hill, Oxfordshire

From the top of White Horse Hill, I wanted to capture the sweeping, layered view of the Oxfordshire countryside that stretches endlessly under a sky of shifting clouds. The iconic White Horse symbol, carved into the hillside below, adds a sense of history and place to the scene. I used soft, blended greens and subtle touches of pink and grey to suggest the patchwork fields beyond, fading into the distant hills. The composition brings focus to the rolling contours of the landscape, which seem to flow out from the hill itself, creating a sense of movement and depth.
